What we can and cannot respond to
We read every review. We are also bound by patient privacy law, which means we cannot confirm that someone is a patient, discuss any detail of their care, or correct the record publicly, even where we would very much like to.
If something about your care did not go well, contact the office directly. That conversation can go somewhere a public reply cannot, and we would rather have it.
