INTRODUCTION
Howdy. I am David Dalton, an osteopathic physician with a long-standing interest in healthcare and holistic well-being. I am local, from Paragonah, and I practice with a commitment to compassionate care and a focus on whole-body health. I aim to make a real difference in the lives of the people I serve, working toward healing from the outer body down to the cellular and spiritual levels.
PROFESSIONAL BACKGROUND
My work in medicine has been driven by a desire to integrate conventional medical practice with osteopathic principles. I completed my medical education at A.T. Still University School of Osteopathic Medicine in Arizona, then went to Kirksville, Missouri for residency training in both Family Medicine and Neuromusculoskeletal Medicine. My experience since has spanned urgent care, rural emergency medicine, long-term care, hospital medicine, and outpatient clinic practice.
PERSONAL PHILOSOPHY
My approach rests on the principle that the body can heal itself when given the right conditions. I treat the root cause rather than only the symptom, and I use both Western and non-Western methods in caring for a patient. In practice that means a great deal of osteopathic manipulation, intuitive energy work, laboratory testing, and imaging, used together to arrive at a genuine diagnosis.
I founded this practice because conventional approaches were not reaching a certain kind of patient. By bringing Eastern and Western approaches together, I believe this community can do considerably better than it has been doing.
CURRENT FOCUS
I am building a practice in Cedar City with the intent of bringing carefully selected, effective technology to bear on patients’ health. I continue to develop my work in osteopathic manipulation and dry needling, and I am particularly interested in restoring mobility and vitality where both have been lost.
OUTSIDE THE OFFICE
Most of my time outside medicine goes to my family. I am fond of classic cars and car shows, and I spend as much time outdoors and around sports as I can manage. Professionally, the part I enjoy most is straightforward: watching my patients’ lives improve.

Taylor Remer, DNP, APRN, FNP-C
DOCTOR OF NURSING PRACTICE · FAMILY NURSE PRACTITIONER
Doctor of Nursing Practice
Advanced Practice Registered Nurse
Board-Certified Family Nurse Practitioner
INTRODUCTION
Taylor Remer is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner holding a Doctor of Nursing Practice, the terminal clinical degree in nursing. She provides family practice care across the lifespan and brings a particular focus to conditions that are complex, poorly understood, and frequently dismissed.
CLINICAL FOCUS
Taylor’s practice centers on autism, POTS and related dysautonomias, mast cell activation disorders, and ketamine therapy for treatment-resistant depression and certain chronic pain conditions.
What these have in common is a pattern many patients will recognize: significant, disruptive symptoms alongside test results that look unremarkable, and a history of being told there is nothing wrong. Taylor’s work begins from the position that the symptoms are real and the explanation has not been found yet.
APPROACH
Appointments are longer, because these presentations do not fit a fifteen-minute slot. Care is collaborative and paced deliberately, with attention to the accommodations that make treatment accessible in the first place. Taylor works closely with Dr. Dalton, and patients move between them as their needs indicate.
